HR Award – We have begun preparations to renew the award
This time, it will consist of a personal visit by evaluators from the European Commission directly to the faculty. We kindly ask that you provide feedback through the questionnaire survey.
It describes in a detailed and understandable way the events and roles of the persons involved in the recruitment process, from the announcement of the selection procedure to the start day of the new employee.
Every year, our faculty conducts dozens of selection procedures to fill vacancies. In line with the HR Award, we are continuously improving our recruitment procedures to make them as open, transparent and merit-based as possible.
A new Step-by-step guide to the selection process at FF MU has just been published for all those involved in recruitment and selection. The internal document describing the step-by-step selection process is one of the requirements of the HR Excellence in Research Award. The Guide is available on the Employee Portal (as an internal document, it is only accessible to FF MU employees). It describes in a detailed, clear and understandable way the events and roles of the persons involved in the recruitment process, from the announcement of the selection procedure to the start day of the new employee.
Heads of departments of our Faculty and their deputies had the opportunity to attend information meetings held on two different dates in June 2025, at which the Guide was presented and at which they had the opportunity to ask additional questions about recruitment at the Faculty. If you have any questions or suggestions about the guide, please contact Mgr. Silvie Rampouchová.

It includes a number of activities that complement the university-wide measures at the faculty level, tailored to its specific needs and context.
