As part of the implementation of the new Human Resources Strategy for Researchers (HRS4R), we are developing our faculty's HR practices. For example, we have already paid a lot of attention to new beginnings - i.e. onboarding new employees. However, it is not only new starts that deserve attention, so we have now also focused on leaving employment - i.e. offboarding.

How can you imagine offboarding?

Very simply, the HR Award team has prepared an informational email for both leaving employees and their managers, which includes:

  • Recommended steps for a smooth leaving,
  • Important contacts during the leaving process,
  • Space for feedback via MS Forms,
  • An exit interview with the HR manager.

Our goal is to make the leaving process not only “administratively” correct, but also helpful and friendly, whether it is a colleague leaving after a short or long-term employment at our faculty. The main points of our recommendations can be found on the Employee Portal.

If you have additional questions about offboarding, please contact Mgr. Lída Oplatková.
