As part of the implementation of the Human Resources Strategy for Researchers (HRS4R), we aim to ensure that even the departure of employees is administratively smooth and friendly.
As part of the implementation of the new Human Resources Strategy for Researchers (HRS4R), we are developing our faculty's HR practices. For example, we have already paid a lot of attention to new beginnings - i.e. onboarding new employees. However, it is not only new starts that deserve attention, so we have now also focused on leaving employment - i.e. offboarding.
How can you imagine offboarding?

Our goal is to make the leaving process not only “administratively” correct, but also helpful and friendly, whether it is a colleague leaving after a short or long-term employment at our faculty. The main points of our recommendations can be found on the Employee Portal.
