If you would like to contribute to the discussion on the study and work environment for early-career researchers at our faculty, you are cordially invited to join us.
It includes a number of activities that complement the university-wide measures at the faculty level, tailored to its specific needs and context. The plan is based on the findings and recommendations from comprehensive gender equality audits conducted at the Faculty of Arts in recent years.
On 29 September 2025, the faculty management approved the Gender Equality Plan of the Faculty of Arts, Masaryk University 2025–2028. The document builds on the Masaryk University Gender Equality Plan 2025–2028.
