Popis Article follows up identification of a person called Henricus Italicus from written sources of the second half of the 13th century. Author’s opinion is he was not quite fictitious person. We have historical references about real notary named master Henry, parson from Gars. But he did not have an Italian origin. Other posible person was Italian Henry of Isernia, founder of the school of rhetoric in Vyšehrad. But we loose all traces about him after the year 1278. This man served like prewiev for a fictitious notary called Henricus Italicus, which is often mentioned in forms from the era of Wenceslas II.
