| Popis | The article compares the development of climatic changes in arid Central and wet Southeast Asia during the two millennia of Common Era. While Central Asia becames more and more dry, the sea level in Southeast Asia is growing. Both processes are related and bring more damages even in the transitory area of China with combined calamities of arid periods immediately followed by extensive flooding. Ritual actions and spirit worship of historical as wells as contemporary people are reacting on related stress factors. |
